Walking along the shoveled path to the nearest bus stop, Jeremy Hunter could be seen with his hands stuffed in his pockets. He wasn't used to the snow- at all. Even though this was his third year at MHBS he didn't like the cold. The snow was absolutely awesome, though. He made a mental note to go sledding the next day. Shivvering as he arrived at the bus stop, he sat down on the halfway-indoor bench.
He waited all of five minutes for the bus to pick him up. Jeremy had traveled this route many times before, so he was friendly with the bus driver. "Hey, Mark." he waved, paying the ten cent toll, and going to sit down. There were many open seats, nearly the whole bus was empty except for an old woman, and a young mother with a son fidgeting because he was tired.
Once the bus pulled up in front of Salem Movie Theaters, he pulled the cord to let the driver know to stop, and he got off. "Have fun," the driver wished him. Jeremy nodded and waved, and jogged for the door. He saw a few people, teens, smoking outside. He made his way through the line and gazed upon the digital screen that told what movies and what times.

Desiree walked along the sidwalk wearing a sweater. She wasn't used to snow, or the cold. She had lived in Spain, where it had been nice and warm all the time. She'd never really HAD to wear sweaters. This was definately a change for her. She'd just moved here, so she didn't really know anybody. She'd met Harley, but wasn't sure how that would turn out. They hadn't talked for that long. Aimlessly walking, she didn't know where she was going.
Her snow boots didn't look like snow boots, but they were. They were tucked into her skinny leg jeans. Her warm sweater hugged closely to her shape. Wavy hair pulled into a high ponytail cascading down her back.
Dez hadn't been watching where she was going. Her mind was elsewhere, thinking about stuff. Dez tended to do that a lot. What she needed was a boyfriend, but she didn't know anybody. She was glancing up at the movie theatre when she tripped and ran into a boy.
Oh my gosh. I am So sorry she winced. How embarrasing. He would think she was a total klutz. She couldn't do anything right. She looked up at him, hoping he would forgive her.

Jeremy bought his ticket to see the latest comedy flick. He was a pretty good faker of being a morning person, so being out late wouldn't daze him tomorrow. The time of the movie was at 12:15AM, and it was only 11:50.
The next thing he knew, there was a girl who looked like someone he knew. Maybe a friend of Harley's. Who knows? Jeremy was just starled and alarmed at the sudden drop-in. Finally, after she had said something, he started to laugh.
"Don't be." he reassured her, "I do that all the time. You alright?" he asked, reaching a hand down to help her up. The initial shock was gone, and now all he wanted was to know who this girl was.

Dez took his hand and got up. It was a good thing her boots hadn't had heels on them. She would have twisted her ankle for sure and that wouldn't be good at all.
Yeah. I'm fine. I'm just a big klutz. she smiled as she said that. Klutz was right. She couldn't go a day without tripping, breaking something, or falling down. It was something Dez had to deal with, but sometimes, after tripping, you met nice people. She hoped this guy was one of them.
I'm Desiree. she said, brushing some dirt off of her pants.

Jeremy laughed, as he helped the girl up. "No injuries, right?" he asked, with a smile.
"My sister Jessika is like that too- we used to call her Grace because of her lack of it." he added, but the whole story brought up memories of his mother. Shrugging it off, he said, "I'm Jeremy." Jeremy looked back at his watch to check the time- he never liked to be late to the movie, or sometimes, the previews. He still had some time. "What movie are you going to see?" he asked.

None except for a bruised confidence. But I'm not sure that counts. She laughed. Glancing up, she saw the list of movies that were playing. She had no clue which one to see. So indecisive she was. She could never make a decision. I dont really know. Any suggestions? she asked him. She had no clue which movies sounded good. She hadn't seen previews for any of them. She looked at what times they were playing, then glanced at her watch. She still had time to chose.

"I'm sure there are medications for that," Jeremy joked. He bent over to tie his shoe, which had come untied sometime since he left his dorm. Comming back up, he waited for her to speak again.
"I'm going to see a comedy.. I don't even know what it's about. I just need to see a funny movie." he replied. School was taking it's toll on him.

yeah. I may need a lot. she smiled, nodding her head. She watched him bend down to tie his shoe. When he came back up, she said Comedies are always good. What she couldn't handle were horror movies. They scared her too much. She didn't care if that made her a wimp, she just couldn't handle the gore and the scary parts that make you jump. Comedies were her thing. What time does your movie start? I wouldn't want to make you late for it. Dez could stand there for house just trying to figure out what movie she wanted to see. She hated it when someone made her late for a movie, she could only guess that Jeremy felt that same way.
